Whether because of the wrong ladder during fruit harvesting or the wobbly makeshift construction for machine maintenance: unfortunately, occupational accidents in agriculture are still part of everyday life, according to the agricultural employers' liability insurance association. To prevent falls and injuries, safe access technology is needed, such as fixed fixed ladders, TRBS-compliant stepladders, aerial work platforms and mobile platform stairs. The experts at Munk Günzburger Steigtechnik know how to work safely on farms and estates: at Stand C57 in Hall 2, the quality manufacturer from Bavaria will be presenting its solutions for greater occupational safety to trade visitors at Agritechnica in Hanover

"A farmer must always think about work safety and then be able to rely one hundred percent on the quality of his aids in every situation. After all, no farmer can afford to be injured in an accident at work and to be absent for a longer period of time. Especially in small, family-run farms, a breakdown quickly brings about a complete standstill. With our quality products and the claim Safety Made in Germany, we offer the trade public at Agritechnica the highest level of occupational safety for their everyday lives," says Ferdinand Munk, owner and Managing Director of the Munk Group.

Action at the stand: up in record time

Visitors to Agritechnica can experience how work safety made in Germany works in practice live at the Munk Günzburger Steigtechnik stand. During regular demonstrations, the experts from Munk Günzburger Steigtechnik will show, for example, how quickly and easily the popular FlexxTower one-person scaffold can be assembled and dismantled by just one person. With the FlexxTower, users can reach working heights of up to 6.10 metres all by themselves and in the shortest possible time. The FlexxTower in the SG version, i.e. with a safety railing in front, ensures maximum working safety.

With the FlexxLift up to 4.20 metres

Visitors can even try out another trade fair highlight at Agritechnica for themselves: with the FlexxLift microlift platform, they can quickly and safely crank up to working heights of up to 4.20 metres at the Munk Günzburger Steigtechnik stand. The FlexxLift is driven smoothly without electricity via an ingenious crank mechanism and can be used mobile and completely independent of location by individual persons.

Quality creates safety

Munk Günzburger Steigtechnik's range of more than 2,500 products includes, among other things, safe and quickly ready-to-use work planks, system railings, stairs and rolling scaffolds as well as a wide variety of ladder types for TRBS-compliant work. Due to their high-quality workmanship and equipment, these are ideal for use on farms and other agricultural operations. In addition, there is a wide range of special constructions that are made to measure and significantly increase work safety in everyday operations.

The perfect ladder for every purpose

Fixed ladders are used for safe ascent and descent onto roofs, machines, plants and silos. They are therefore important helpers when it comes to safe access to heights for inspection and maintenance. The modular system offers the necessary flexibility to find the right fixed ladder solution for every application. Planners, architects and engineers can find planning aids at www.munk-service.de

A great overview of the Munk Günzburger access technology range for agriculture is provided by the new brochure "Access technology for the agricultural sector" and the current access technology guidebook. Both are available at the stand.
