Our Solution
Design Concept
The height-adjustable work platform with safety cage is a flexible, mobile access solution for bus maintenance. It adapts steplessly to vehicle heights between 1,900 and 3,150 mm and redeploys quickly between workstations.
Height Adjustment
The platform height adjusts steplessly between 1,900 and 3,150 mm – covering different bus types without conversion. The paired braking system secures the platform reliably in the selected working position.
Access Solution
The integrated internal vario stairway provides comfortable, safe access – space-saving, with no additional footprint on the outside.
Safety Cage and Fall Protection
The fold-out safety cage with lowerable toe board reliably protects workers from falls. The gap to the vehicle reduces to a minimum.
Vehicle Protection
Rubber buffers along the longitudinal side prevent damage to vehicle surfaces – work directly on the bus without risking the paintwork.
Mobility and Positioning
Double castors (Ø 150 × 80 mm) with directional locks allow easy manoeuvring. The paired braking system secures the platform reliably in the working position.
