In potentially explosive atmospheres, every detail counts. The ML FlexxLift 4.0 MP (EX) manual vertical mast lift is explosion-proof and raises you to a working height of 4.00 m – without electricity and in complete safety.
Explosion-proof and battery-free
The EX version is designed for work in potentially explosive atmospheres. The patented gas spring mechanism supports the load whilst you raise and lower it with one hand. You don’t need a battery or a power connection – simply roll the platform to the work site and get started.
Open basket – loaded from the side, without having to reach round
In the open basket, you can load and unload your materials comfortably from the side, rather than having to lift them over a high edge. This means you can access items at the bottom effortlessly too.
Easy to transport – from the vehicle through the door
Weighing 275 kg, the stage remains light enough to protect delicate floors. With a transport width of 735 mm, you can wheel it through standard doors, and thanks to its EU pallet dimensions and low profile, you can load it into standard panel vans. For rough terrain or when using a ramp, you can make use of the forklift pockets and crane eyes.
Tested safety – with certification
The stage has been tested in accordance with EN 280 (Class 1A); the CE Declaration of Conformity and test report are available in German. A 12-month warranty applies.
