Our Solution
Design Concept
The mobile work platform with safety cage is a space-saving, mobile access solution for bus maintenance. It positions flexibly indoors and redeploys quickly between workstations.
Mobility and Positioning
Swivel castors with directional locks (Ø 200 × 80 mm) allow easy manoeuvring. The paired braking system secures the platform reliably in the working position.
Access Solution
The integrated internal stairway provides comfortable, safe access – with no additional space required on the outside.
Safety Cage and Fall Protection
The fold-out safety cage with lowerable toe board reliably protects workers from falls. The gap to the vehicle reduces to a minimum.
Vehicle Protection
Rubber buffers along the longitudinal side prevent damage to vehicle surfaces – work directly on the bus without risking the paintwork.
Accessory: Extension Kit 300 mm
Four column sections raise the platform rigidly by 300 mm – for buses with greater body height. A step and railing set secure access at the new height.
