This week, the MUNK Group welcomed the BVMW's Bundeswehr and BOS Commission.
Under the leadership of Mr Munk, a constructive exchange took place on current topics relating to security, operational technology and innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises. The focus was on the requirements of the Bundeswehr and authorities with security tasks (BOS) as well as the role of small and medium-sized enterprises as reliable partners.

Guests included District Administrator Dr Hans Reichhart, Brigadier General Thomas Hambach (Bavarian State Command), Government Director Axel Fritsche (BAAINBw) and Alfred Sauter, former Bavarian Minister of State.

The day before, some commission members visited the factory in Leipheim and took advantage of a joint dinner at the Waldvogel restaurant to exchange ideas.

MUNK Group recognised as a volunteer-friendly company

The Bavarian State Ministry of the Interior, Sport and Integration has honoured the MUNK Group with the award ‘Volunteer-friendly company – Together for more safety’ on the recommendation of the Swabian District Fire Brigade Association.

This award recognises the commitment of companies that actively support their employees in their voluntary work for society.

MUNK Group congratulates on passing the final examination

We are delighted to congratulate our three trainees on passing their final examinations.

We are particularly pleased that all three will remain part of the MUNK family after completing their training and will continue their professional careers within our company.

  • First step taken: Six young talents embark on their future

On 1 September, we welcomed six new trainees to the Munk Group. Over the next three years, they will complete their training in the professions of industrial clerk, metalworker specialising in construction technology and warehouse logistics specialist.

After a tour of our production facilities, the newcomers gained an initial insight into our diverse fields of activity – from ladders and mobile scaffolding to special constructions and rescue and transport technology.

With our multi-award-winning training concept, we promote personal responsibility, team spirit and personal development. Already in the first few weeks, our new colleagues can look forward to exciting introductory activities, projects and a joint outing.

We are currently training 26 apprentices and students, thus laying the foundation for a successful future – for our next generation and for us as a growth-oriented family business.
