Return of goods

Please note

Dear customer,

To ensure fast and effective processing of goods returns, please note the following points:

Goods returns can only be processed if:

  • The return delivery is registered with the MUNK Group in advance. After registration, you will receive a service case number by email from a Munk Group employee, which must be included with the return.

To ensure a smooth process, we require the following documents with the goods:

      • Completed return form including service case number
      • Copy of delivery note or invoice

The following conditions apply to returned goods:

      • For undamaged goods: 100% credit minus a net processing fee of £45.00 from the value of the goods
      • For damaged goods: credit for the residual value minus a net processing fee of €45.00 of the value of the goods
      • The goods have to be shipped in packaging; unpackaged goods will not be accepted
      • Special construction items are excluded from exchange
      • Freight costs for returns not initiated by the MUNK Group are borne by the customer
      • For returns initiated by the MUNK Group, we charge the freight costs at 16.5% of the net value of the goods
      • If the costs incurred exceed the net value of the returned goods, no credit note will be issued (the returned goods will be scrapped 10 days after receipt).
